Our flat-rate pricing focuses on value and peace of mind, ensuring that you pay a fair price for the work we do and not a penny more. Our pricing removes the emphasis on time, so our technicians don’t feel pressured to hurry, which can lead to mistakes. Our first priority is making sure the job is done right and to your complete satisfaction, regardless of how long it takes.
There is a $49 diagnostic charge. However, this charge is applied to your project once you approve the estimate. We also offer seasonal plumbing offers to help you make your plumbing service affordable.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY TECHNICIAN IS ON HIS WAY?
Our mission is to provide the best experience possible for our customers. We will never come unannounced. Prior to arrival, we will call to ensure you are ready for us and then send a text message with a picture of your technician so you know exactly who to expect at your door. Additionally, we provide a GPS link to their truck so you can track exactly where we are.
We strive to make this as easy as possible, so you can sit back, relax, and know that qualified, professional experts are on the way.

Our plumbers show up in a fully stocked truck, which means in most cases we can handle the repair right then and there if you’d like. We also take cleanliness seriously: booties on, tools wiped down, and the work area left neat when we’re done.
