Program Description: Do It Right Plumbers, Inc. operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers about appointments, service updates, and post-service follow-up including review requests.
How to Opt In: Customers consent to receive SMS messages through one of two documented methods:
- Submitting any web form on doitrightplumbers.com that captures a phone number. Each form displays the SMS Disclaimer: “Customers consent to receive SMS messages by checking the optional SMS consent box on any web form at doitrightplumbers.com that captures a phone number. The box is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form.”
- Providing verbal consent during the initial booking call, which our CSR documents in our customer management system at the time of the call.
Message Frequency: Variable, based on your active service relationship with Do It Right Plumbers, Inc. Customers typically receive 1-5 messages per month.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier’s plan.
How to Opt Out: Reply STOP to any message to be removed from all future SMS communications. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
How to Get Help: Reply HELP to any message, or call us at 949-430-7575 during business hours (Monday-Friday 7am-7pm Pacific).
Supported Carriers: Messages may not be available on all carriers. Do It Right Plumbers, Inc. is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
